ALLOTMENT WAITING LIST UPDATE (23rd October 2023)
At a meeting of the Allotment and Land Sub-Committee, it was resolved that the waiting lists for our sites at Norman Road and Prospect Road/Nash Gardens will be reopened. This decision will be reviewed on an annual basis at the October meeting of the Allotment and Land Committee.
Allotment Fees and Charges (1st October 2023 to 30th September 2024)
Annual Rent: £4.50 per 25 square meters (25 square meters = One Perch approximately). Minimum charge per plot – £30.00
Water Charge: Based on the previous year’s annual water bill for the site.
